{Hello October...and MoRoCo Chocolat}

It is time to welcome a new month with open arms and breathe in all the beauty of the season, while embracing the crisp, cool air and earlier sunsets October brings.  I hope that after a busy and productive week, you will have some free time to enjoy something luxuriously fun!  And if you are in need of suggestions, then let me tell you about a lovely and oh-SO-decadent little place called MoRoCo Chocolat in Yorkville (Toronto).  A couple of months ago, for an anniversary, I had the pleasure of visiting this cacao-haven that offers the most splendid little treats and I can’t wait to go back! With its rich and plush décor inspired by Parisian salons, glossy black floors and glam and sparkling chandeliers, MoRoCo Chocolat is a beautiful treat for all of the senses.  Whether you choose the rich and creamy sipping chocolate, feast your eyes and taste buds on some colourful French macaroons or slowly sip a mimosa as you enjoy one of their savoury dishes, MoRoCo Chocolat is sure to have something to satisfy all tastes.  Take a look for yourself, and if you have sometime this weekend, be sure to stop in for a lovely little treat.

{A Sunny Day in Toronto}

Well, it looks like spring has finally sprung! Toronto is filled with people enjoying the sun, the patios and the fresh spring air...while anxiously awaiting the heat and fun the summer will bring. One of the best things about living in the city is that we are steps away from a nice variety of things to do on a pretty springy day: iced tea at a patio, ice cream by the lake, flower markets, a ferry ride to the island...to name just a few. And the great thing is that when the sun is shining and the breeze is blowing in your hair, everything you do feels luxuriously relaxing.  Here are some pictures from our latest sunny afternoon by the lake.
